Information about Adriana's Beads
Here you will find unique and unusual beads including gemstone, semi-precious, turquoise, coral, jade, Czech glass, cubic zirconia, wood, bone, horn and shell. We also have pendants, clasps, sterling Bali and Hill Tribe, lots of vintage and many more surprises.
Shopping
Effective June 16, 2008, you will be able to shop for beads in my home. If you live in the San Antonio area, or will be visiting, just give us a call at 210-410-0650 or 210-688-9748 (9AM - 8PM CST) to set up an appointment. At that time, we'll give you our address and directions.
Orders
Minimum order is $5.00 without shipping and handling costs.
Payment
Our preferred method of payment is through PayPal, a safe and secure payment option that will make things easier for you to order. If you do not have an account with PayPal, you will be prompted to set one up (at no cost to you) when you check out.
You may also call in your order to use your VISA and MASTERCARD. (This may take a little longer.) Call us at 210-410-0650 or 210-688-9748 (9AM - 8PM CST). We will charge your purchase amount through a leading secure payment gateway.
And, lastly, you can call in your order at 210-410-0650 or 210-688-9748 (9AM - 8PM CST) and pay with a money order. We will confirm your order with an e-mail and, if we do not receive your money order within 7 days, we will return your items to stock. Please include the following information with your money order: name, address and e-mail address. You will be given the address to send your money order when you place your order.
We do not send CODs.
Sales Tax
If you are a Texas resident, you will be charged sales tax unless you have a Tax Permit in your name. If you have a Texas Tax Permit, you will need to login before ordering, each time you visit. At your first login, you will be asked to provide information about your tax permit. Subsequent to your first login, the system will know that your tax permit is on file.
Shipping
Within the US, we ship First Class Mail if your items weigh 13 oz. or less. Anything over 13 oz. will be shipped Priority Mail. Orders will be shipped same day, if possible, or by the next day.

Return Policy
If there is a problem with your purchase, please call us at 210-410-0650 or 210-688-9748 (9AM - 8PM CST) as soon as possible so that we can resolve it. Any returns must be in the same condition as received. You are responsible for paying the return shipping and we will credit you with the amount of the merchandise less the shipping and handling.
Privacy Policy
We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your email address or anything else about you with anyone. We will send you occasional emails to inform you about an upcoming show in your area, highlight new products or special sale events.
Disclaimer
The descriptions of our products are as accurate as we can make them. However, digital imaging is not perfect. A color can be different from monitor to monitor. Natural products are unique in themselves and there will be variances from item to item. Our pictures represent the entire supply of an item but the one you receive may not be exactly as pictured.

In order to purchase from Adriana's Beads, you are required to register and log in. The information gathered during this process is strictly confidential and will NOT be shared with anyone. If you are a wholesale customer, you will be asked to provide additional information, provide your sales tax permit number and to send in a Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate.
Wholesale customers must log in if they wish to not pay taxes. If you have javascript turned off on your browser, you will not get a reminder when you purchase something and consequently will be charged tax.
